Do you know what can be included in a Will and what by law is not or who can be omitted from a Will and who should be included?

 

Unlike many areas of law the Will Maker cannot be asked to rectify or verify their Will at the time their estate is to be distributed.

 

These days families are fairly complex.  Not only are there complex family situations with children from different spouses, de facto partners but there are are businesses, trusts and superannuation that need to be dealt with.

 

Some families are dysfunctional and a Will Maker may wish to exclude or restrict one potential heir's access to the estate.

 

It may be very wise to obtain legal advice from an experienced lawyer on how to draft their Will.
